"STRONGEST RECOMMENDATION for the small business owner, Richard, at Patriots Tools. I've an elderly, off brand lawn mower which works fine but I could NOT remove the bolt securing its blade. I spoke to Richard, took the mower and a new blade to Patriot's, and he immediately removed the bolt. Unfortunately the blade was a bizarre, off market design which could not be replaced by my generic, Lowe's blade. On line, Richard FINALLY found an available replacement. Thirty hours later I received a call from him. The mower was ready for pick up. He definitely went above and beyond on this one and Patriots Tools' ''customer service'' sets a standard seldom seen since the 1960s. Richard's knowledge base and craftsmanship for small tool repairs is superb and the cost for his services was more than reasonable. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Patriot Tool Repair to anyone.
